UPSC recruitment 2015 for CMS, ESE, IES/ISS, Geologist exam 2015 apply online: 
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is conducting Combined Medical Service (CMS) exam 2015 for the post of Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Services, Asst Divisional Medical Officer, General Duty Medical Officer grade – II & Asst Medical Officer. UPSC recruitment has around 1402 vacancies for Combined Medical Services (CMS) which includes all the posts like Junior Scale posts in Central Health Services, Asst Divisional Medical Officer, General Duty Medical Officer grade – II & Asst Medical Officer.

Eligible candidates may apply online from Mar 14, 2015 to Apr 10, 2015.

1. Assistant Divisional Medical Officer: 600 posts
2. Assistant Medical Officer: 39 posts
3. Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Services: 391 posts
4. General Duty Medical Officer Grade-II: 372 posts

Age Limit: Candidates should not exceed 32 years (i.e. the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1983) as on 01-01-2015. As per the rules age relaxation is applied.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have an M.B.B.S degree (Candidate who has appeared or has yet to appear M.B.B.S. Final Examination can also apply).

Selection Process: Depending on written exam, Interview or Personality Test, Medical Exam candidates will be selected.

Application Fee: There is no fee for SC/ST/PH/Female candidates). Other Candidates should pay Rs.200/- in any branch of the SBI by direct cash or by through net banking of the State Bank of India, State Bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/ State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Travancore/ State Bank of Patiala or by using visa/ master credit/ debit card.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through official site www.upsconline.nic.in from 14th Mar, 2015 to 10th Apr, 2015 by 11:59 PM.

Instructions for how to Apply Online:
Steps to apply online:
1. Before applying online candidates should have scanned copies of photograph & signature with them.
2. Logon using the official website www.upsconline.nic.in.
3. Click on ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC.
4. Click on Part – I or Part – II Registration.
5. Follow the Instructions & fill the form with all the relevant details & submit the application form.
6. Once registration is completed, a unique registration ID will be allotted, Keep the ID & password as it is useful at the time of exam.
7. Fill the details like personal profile, contact details, age of relaxation if applicable.
8. Fill the details of qualification & experience.
9. Fill the details of Professional Registration & Language, Miscellaneous Module.
10. Candidate has to choose the Recruitment Test Centre.
11. Candidates have to upload documents in Document Upload Module
12. Preview the form after uploading photograph & signature and check the details.
13. Click on submit
14. Exam fee can be paid Online using the Internet banking facility in SBI or other associated banks or can pay through Visa/ Master Debit or Credit card issued by any Bank/ Institution.
15. Transaction ID & Date of Registration details will directly uploaded automatically.
16. Once the details are uploaded you can pay the fee through cash at any branch of State Bank of India through the Pay-in-Slip
17. After transaction is completed, a transaction ID will be given, again revisit the website and click on the Click here to view your Previous/ currently active applications.
18. Login by registration ID & password, candidates can see My Active Application (My draft Application) link.
19. Fill the details of transaction ID and Date of Transaction if paid through cash.
20. Click Continue, check the details of fee and submit the application.
21. Take the printout copies of application attach the attested copies of all documents and keep it for future use.
